Dr. Lionel Nkenyereye received his BA degree from the High Institute of Technology, Burundi; M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in computer engineering from Dong-Eui University, South Korea, in 2016 and 2019, respectively. He was a postdoctoral fellow researcher at Sejong University, Seoul, South Korea, from 2019 to 2020. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea, since July 2021. His research interests include vehicle-to-everything communication, 5G & IoT, cloud-native technologies, software-defined networks, networked embedded systems, data communication, and vehicular networks.
