Ling Xiong currently works at the Department of Food Sciences and Agrotechnology, Wageningen University & Research. Their current project is 'Effect of heating on immune-active proteins in milk'. The aim of the project is thus to study the effect of heat processing on milk proteins in general and immune-active proteins in particular.
