L. Chen

Ling-Chien Chen received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Feng-Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan, and the EMBA degree from the National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1988 and 2009, respectively. He has been a member of the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute, National Applied Research Laboratories, Hsinchu, since 2016. His research focuses on developing configurable high-performance computing platforms and applying them for machine learning applications.
