I am Postdoctoral Researcher at Max Planck Institute of Molecular Physiology in Dortmund, Germany.My current research is mainly fucusing on the design, synthesis and phenotypic profiling of chemically and biologically diverse pyrroindoline pseudo natural product collections. I design and synthesize a plethora of novel inhibitors of Hedgehog signaling pathway. I am also trying to identify common mode of action for active molecules with different targets by using cell-based screen. I study the chemical and biological structure-activity relationship of the newly synthesized bioactive small-molecule modulators. I have an excellent multi-step synthetic organic chemistry skills, strong ability to deal with chemical datas, good ability in English communication and professionally skilled in Research and Development (R&D).
