My doctoral project focuses on understanding interactions between pathogens and microbiota, with ticks as the primary vector. Using networks, we explore complex relationships across various host microbiomes, visualizing and analyzing connections between microorganisms and pathogens. This approach offers new perspectives on public health challenges related to vector-borne infectious diseases.
