Liang Li

Liang Li received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in communication engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2010 and 2013, respectively. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA. Her current research interests include spectrum management, source and channel coding, machine learning, and wireless communication.
