My interests focus on the Insect Ecology and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, particularly in invasion ecology and monitoring of invasion alien species. Interactions between pests and crop plants as well as effects of environmental factors(abiotic and biotic) on this relationships, the mechanism of pest dispersal, and invasion rate、 spatial pattern and population dynamic under the global climate change are all paid attention. Besides, how to use the “GIS、RS、GPS” information technology in the monitoring and forecasting of invasion alien species is possibly key research in future.
