Leila Zia

Leila Zia is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University. She has received her B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, and her MS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University. Her current research involves the application of operations research and advanced data-mining methods to large-scale data-sets for quantitative decision making, with the main focus on health care systems.
