Lei Zhang

Lei Zhang currently works at the Center for Applied Genetic Technologies at University of Georgia, in the research group headed by Dr Esther van der Knaap; focusing on tomato fruit shape and fruit weight. Lei's current project aims at mining the massive genomic data of cultivated tomato and its wild relatives for chromosome structural variations and characterize the variations affecting tomato fruit weight and shape.
