Lei Yan

Lei Yan (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and the M.E. degrees from the North China Electric Power University, Baoding, China, in 2012 and 2018, respectively, and the M.Sc. degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, USA, in 2017. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Illinois Institute of Technology. His research interests include nonintrusive load monitoring, machine learning, and economic and secure operation of electric power systems.
