Lee W. Cohnstaedt received the Ph.D. degree in epidemiology and public health from Yale University, New Haven, CT, USA, in 2008. He is currently a Research Epidemiologist with the United States Department of Agriculture - the Agricultural Research Service, where he is working on pathogens of medical and agricultural importance. His research interests include models to elucidate pathogen transmission to identify where and how novel interventions can reduce virus transmission.
