Laurence Claes

Laurence Claes is full professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the KU Leuven (100%) and at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of the University Antwerp (10%). She is clinical psychologist and licensed cognitive-behavioral therapist. Her teaching focuses on psychopathology, assessment and interventions, and she is supervisor of the clinal internships of the students of clinical psychology, adults and elderly. Her research focuses on the associations between identity/personality and psychopathology, more specific, non-suicidal self-injury, eating disorders, and addictions.
