I am an academic dietitian with two key goals: through my research and teaching I aim to use nutrition to make a difference to the health of our population, especially those least advantaged; and to promote evidence-based education of dietitian professionals. I am currently Professor of Nutrition & Dietetics at Griffith University. My research is interdisciplinary and team-based. I use qualitative and quantitative methods, and my research interests focus on social and public health nutrition.
