Bio
Laura Venz is Professor for work and organizational psychology at Leuphana University of Luneburg, Germany. Previously she worked as a Postdoc at the University of Mannheim, Germany, where she also had received her PhD. Her research focuses on social relationships and interpersonal behaviors at work in a digitalized world of work. She is also interested in studying work-related well-being and recovery from job stress, oftentimes using experience sampling methods.
