My research is focused on the evaluation of liver toxicity related to Gene-therapy with a liver-targeted gene delivery. For more than 10 years, my research focused on lysosomal storage disorders. I studied the basic mechanisms that lead to the different aspects of Mucopolysaccharidosis type I and II. I evaluate new therapeutic molecules both in vitro and in vivo using different animal models. I'm conducting a new high-throughput drug screening project for MPS II.
