Laura is a research associate in RMIT's Centre for Urban Research with an international career in senior nature conservation and natural resource management positions. Her interests are in pathways and processes that transform ‘connecting with’ nature into stewardship action, with a focus on urban areas; the relationship between stewardship, wellbeing, and community capacity; and modes of governance that upscale biodiversity stewardship participation across regions and into policy instruments.
