My major interest lies in ecotoxicology. I work mainly in the development of biological tools for detecting the effects of pollution (organics, metals, waste) on the aquatic environment. I am specialized in genotoxic effects using amphibians (but also insects, diatoms). My studies have recently focused on emerging contaminants in aquatic environments such as carbon and metal nanoparticles. I also develop projects using microcosms and mesocosms in which are introduced experimental trophic chains.
