Kyle (Yilin) Gao (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2016, and the master’s degree in physics from the University of Victoria, Victoria, BC, Canada, in 2020. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in systems design engineering with the Geospatial Sensing and Data Intelligence Group, University of Waterloo. He has published papers in the International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation, Geomatica, and IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems. His research interests include computer vision and deep learning.
