Kwanyeob Chae

Kwanyeob Chae (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics engineering from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1998 and 2000, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2013. He is currently a Vice President of technology with Samsung Foundry, where he is leading the Memory Interface Solution Group. His current research interests include memory interface circuits, self-adaptive circuits, low-power systems, bbreak variation-tolerant design, and 3-D ICs.
