个人简介
Koji Shiozaki received the B.S. degree from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1983.
In 1983, he joined the Central Research Laboratory, Sharp Corporation, and was involved with a national project of “Three Dimensional Stacked Device Using SOI.” From 1988 to 2007, he was with the Toyota Motor Corporation, where he developed automotive semiconductors and their applications such as SOI CMOS/BiCMOS, IGBT, SiGe BiCMOS, etc. From 2008 to 2013, he was a General Manager with the Toyota Research Institute of North America (TRINA), Ann Arbor, MI, USA, and had promoted advanced research on automotive electronics, sensor electronics for advanced driver assistance systems, and power electronics for HV/PHV. He currently promoted advanced research on future vehicle electrification with the Toyota Motor Corporation.
Mr. Shiozaki was the recipient of the 2013 Research and Development (R&D) 100 Award on “Multi-Pass Branching Microchannel Cold Plate” and the 2014 R&D Award on “Automotive Phased Array Radar” and “High-Performance Silicon Carbide-Based Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle Battery Charger.”
