My particular field of expertise is Maritime Spatial Planning, where I have worked in a series of EU-funded projects both as a researcher and consultant. I'm currently adviser to the Namibian and South African MSP process in a GIZ funded project managed by s.Pro sustainable projects. Academically my interests include cultural values related to coasts and seas, marine governance and linking MSP to social sustainability.
