Ki-Han Kim

Kihan Kim received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics engineering from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2006 and 2008, respectively. He joined Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, where he is involved in the design and failure analysis of DRAM (LPDDR4, LPDDR5). His research interests are high-bandwidth interface circuits, high-speed IO, DLL, phase-locked loop (PLL), and the next-generation memory architecture.
