• Medical Doctor with public health background. • Have possessed 16 years (7 years international) of progressive experiences in health and nutrition in development and humanitarian context. • Strong knowledge of project management in the development and humanitarian context. • Take part in disease outbreak preparedness and response with a clear understanding of the incident management system and coordination. • Fully understand the global health and national cluster system, inter-cluster and interagency coordination mechanism. • Knowledge of health and nutrition program standards and guidelines and the ability to develop health and nutrition guidelines, protocols, and monitoring and evaluation tools in humanitarian and development contexts. • Good communication skills with an advanced level of English. • Skills and experience in undertaking health and nutrition research and survey using different statistical programs and software, including Epi Info, SPSS, STATA, and SMART.
