My Area of interest is to work on Various Biological NGS data such as DNA-seq, RNA-seq, Whole Genome analysis, and Whole Exome analysis using various NGS pipelines such as Tuxedo pipeline, Trinity pipeline, GVD pipeline, etc. using Shell scripting, R programming, Python, etc. I am also interested in Structural bioinformatics and Computer-aided Drug Designing using various bioinformatics and Drug-Designing tools.
