Ke-Wei Yang: Born at Feb. 7 1977 in Jinlin City Jilin Prov. He received the Ph.D. degree in Management from the National University of Defense Technology, China P. R. in 2004. He is an Associate Professor at the College of Information System and Management , National University of Defense Technology, China P. R. His research interests focus on Intelligent Agent Simulation, Defense Acquisition and System of Systems requirement modeling. The lessons which he has taught include the bellows: System of System Requirement Analysis, Foundation of Management, Advance Management, Information System Management and Defense Acquisition.
