My primary traditional focus has been positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) but I have an emerging interest in implementation science. Through collaborations with colleagues and graduate students, I am currently investigating the relationship between staff buy-in/commitment to implement PBIS and fidelity of implementation. I also study positive student behavior in terms of "meeting expectations" vs "above-and-beyond" to support differentiated positive educator responding.
