Kazuyoshi Nishimura

Kazuyoshi Nishimura received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electronic engineering from Gunma University, Gunma, Japan, in 1981 and 1983, respectively. In 1983, he joined the Electrical Communication Laboratory, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation, Kanagawa, Japan. Initially, he worked on design and development of X-ray lithography system. Since 1990, he is engaged in research and development of quarter-micron CMOS/SIMOX circuit technology at NTT Microsystem Integration Laboratories, Kanagawa, Japan. He is currently working on the development of multi-gigabit LSIs for optical communications.
