Kazunori Kanebako

Kazunori Kanebako was born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1960. He received the B.S. degree in physics from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1983. In 1983, he joined Toshiba Corporation, Yokohama, Japan, where he has been engaged in the development of memories. He was appointed Chief Specialist, File Memory Design Group, File Memory Design Department, Memory Division, responsible for product design of new generation NAND flash memory.
