Kazuhisa Horiuchi

Kazuhisa Horiuchi received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2005, and 2007, respectively. In 2007, he joined the Center for Semiconductor Research and Development, Toshiba Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan, where he was involved in the research and development of wireless communication systems. In 2017, he joined the Institute of Memory Technology Research and Development, Toshiba Memory Corporation, Yokohama, Japan. He has been working on the system design of NAND flash memories.
