Kaylee J. Hackney is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. She received her PhD from Florida State University in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Her research interests revolve around the areas of employee discrimination, mistreatment, and well-being with an emphasis on the work-family interface. Her research has appeared in publications such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Group and Organization Management, and Organizational Psychology Review.
