个人简介
I'm interested in motor control. How do spinal networks generate appropriate motor output in normal conditions, and how do these networks change in conditions of disease? Specifically I use electrophysiology to study spinal neurons in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, spinal muscular atrophy and cerebral palsy. Particularly interesting are changes in synaptic and intrinsic neuronal properties taking place early in the disease. My goal is to exploit these for diagnosis and treatment.
