I am a specialist in food engineering, including food dehydration processes. My core activity is connected with spray drying process:
- for some "difficult" materials like honey (2 patents), fruit juices, concentrates, molasses, and the properties of powders
- with the application of new types of carriers
- for encapsulation
- by low temperature, dehumidified air assisted approach
- with the description of bioactive compounds retention (the coefficient was proposed)
