Karolina Milenko

Karolina Milenko received the M.Sc. degree in applied physics and the Ph.D. degree in physics from the Warsaw University of Technology, Warszawa, Poland, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. From 2014 to 2016, she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Foundation for Research and Technology-Hellas, Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser, working on optical fiber based sensors and devices. She is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Norwegian University of Technology and Science, Trondheim, Norway, focusing on fiber-based sensors for glucose monitoring in peritoneal fluid for patients with diabetes. She is also a Member of Artificial Pancreas Trondheim Research Group.
