Karen M. Dowling (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena, CA, USA, in 2013, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA, in 2015 and 2019, respectively. Up until 2022, she was a Post-Doctoral Research Scholar with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Livermore, CA, USA. She is currently a Professor with the Department of Microelectronics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Math and Computer Science, Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), Delft, The Netherlands. Her research focuses on wide bandgap semiconductor devices for sensing and power applications.
