Kaitlin Paxton Ward

I am a People Analytics Researcher at Google, where I use quantitative and qualitative methods to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging among systemically marginalized populations. I am also a Research Scientist at UC Berkeley, where I conduct academic research related to child and family wellbeing. I received a Joint PhD in Social Work & Developmental Psychology from the University of Michigan, and am a fully licensed mental health therapist.
