Ka-Un Chan

Ka-Un Chan received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 1996, and the M.S. degree in electronic engineering from the National Chiao-Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1999. In 1999, he joined the Realtek Semiconductor Corporation, Hsinchu, as a Design Engineer, where he worked on CMOS RF projects including bluetooth, WLAN, GPS, and NB-IoT. In 2006, he became RF Manager. In 2009, promoted to Director and led RFIC design team. His research interests include RF transceiver design and CMOS RF SoC technique.
