Bio
James Raju currently works at the School of Physics, University of Hyderabad. His current work is with high temperature piezoelectrics (bulk and thin films), Piezoelectric thin films based microwave devices like HBAR, SAW and FBAR; their application in sensors, BST thin films and their properties in the microwave frequency range like dielectric tunability, BST thin film based microwave devices like filters and phase shifters; Interaction between lasers and ferroelectric thin films to study their crystallization behaviour, Co-substitution in ferroelectrics to achieve multiferroics, growth of ferroelectric thin films by Pulsed Laser Deposition; Multilayers of ferroelectrics and magnetic materials to achive magneto-electric coupling and their behaviour in the microwave range etc.
