Justin T. Roberts

My early research career has largely been focused on the intersection between computer science and molecular biology, specifically in relation to next generation sequencing and its increasingly important role in analyzing the underlying mechanisms of disease. Specifically, while varied in subject area, much of my work has involved developing bioinformatic algorithms and strategies to characterize RNA-based regulatory mechanisms in the context of breast cancer.
