Junlei Tan received the B.Sc. degree in geographic information system from Hebei Normal University, Shijiazhuang, China, in 2007, the M.S. degree in cartography and geographic information system from Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou, China, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in cartography and geographic information system from the Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou, China, in 2021. He is currently an Engineer with the Key Laboratory of Remote Sensing of Gansu Province and the Heihe Remote Sensing Experimental Research Station, Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include satellite land surface temperature/emissivity validation, remote sensing data application and reconstruction.
