The basis of my research is to analyze the unknown structures, refined structures, local structures, and magnetic structures of various substances using synchrotron X-rays and neutrons. My hobbies are to study space groups and to memorize data on inorganic structures. I also perform crystal syntheses, basic physical property measurements, and electronic state calculations.
I have specialized in measurements over the past few years, but I have been thinking about the crystal synthesis of dielectric and magnetic materials using unprecedented guidelines. Also, with recent developments in electron microscope technology, we are looking for a research theme along those lines.
