Bio
My current work focuses on identification and exploration into immune mechanisms in asthma. I specialize in the role of microRNAs in asthma.
My previous work has focused on Regulation of Processing Body formation at the Endoplasmic Reticulum in Saccharomyces cerevisiae (PhD) before moving into lung research, focusing on the Role of SUMF1 in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). My current work combines my knowledge of RNA and lung medicine.
