Juan Daniel Montenegro Cabrera

Juan Daniel Montenegro Cabrera is currently actively looking for postdocs positions in plant breeding, genomics and bioinformatics. He finished his PhD in Applied Bioinformatics from the School of Agriculture and Food Sciences of the University of Queensland. His dissertation was on the construction and analysis of the wheat pangenome. His last position was at the Australian Genome Research Facility as a Bioinformatics analyst dealing primarily with de novo genome and transcriptome assemblies and supporting analysis of GBS data, RNA-seq, BS-seq and differential expression and methylation analysis.
