个人简介
Jose E. Garcia received the B.S. degree in physics from the Universidad de Oriente, Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, in 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in applied physics and science simulation from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya-BarcelonaTech, Barcelona, Spain, in 2003.
He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Physics, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya-BarcelonaTech, where he leads the Electrical Characterization of Materials and Devices Research Group. He has authored or co-authored over 60 scientific papers in SCI journals. His current research interests include functional properties of ferroelectric materials, piezoelectric sensors and transducers, nonlinear response in piezoelectric polycrystals, light-matter coupling in ferroelectrics, and other related areas.
