个人简介
Jose Angel Huerta Ocampo currently works at the Department of Food Sciences, Research Center for Food and Development A.C. Jose Angel does research in Proteomics. His current project is “Two-dimensional electrophoresis and mass spectrometry as tools for food and health research”. He is currently focused on the proteomic analysis of the stress response in probiotics and plants as well as identification of insecticidal and allergenic proteins in plants.
