Jorge L. Mejia Mendez

His research areas are focused on studying the antibacterial and anticancer properties of natural products entrapped into biopolymeric nanoparticles. In addition, his group proposes distinct green synthesis methods to produce metal oxide nanoparticles with therapeutic applications. Currently, he also continues exploring micro-based technologies for agricultural, and further biomedical applications.
