My work focuses on neurodegenerative diseases (ND), Alzheimer’s disease (AD), Lewy body disease and the overlap of different ND and non-ND, combining CSF, imaging, neuropathological and clinical measures to model disease progression and biomarker changes and predict clinical outcomes, particularly AD biomarkers and preclinical stages and coincident diseases in demented patients. I trained as a neurologist and I have developed statistics, epidemiology, bioinformatics and neuropathology skills.
