John N. Kemp

John Kemp has been with the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since 1978. He provides technical support for acoustic and oceanographic mooring operations both at WHOI and at other institutions around the world. He performs design, fabrication, testing, and deployment of complex surface and subsurface mooring systems. He has participated in over 120 oceanographic cruises, totaling over 1549 sea days, primarily associated with mooring deployments and recoveries.
