Jochen Meyer

Jochen Meyer is a Director of the R&D division “Society” with the OFFIS Institute for Information Technology, Oldenburg, Germany. His research interests include technologies for wellbeing and prevention, ambient assisted living, and personal use of multimedia data, and long-term support in daily lives for a healthy and sustainable living from an HCI and computer science perspective. He is involved in multiple large-scale research projects, has authored and coauthored his work in national and international journals and high-ranked conferences. He is an active member of the scientific community with, amongst others, chair and associate editor positions, organization of workshops, and involvement in national and international committees.
