My lab is focusing on two research areas: 1. ultrafast spectroscopy. We employ various ultrafast techniques to capture the fundmental electron-vibration coupling and thermal flow at interface of advanced materials; 2. medical applications. We apply the obtained scientific understanding gained by ultrafast spectroscopy and other cutting edge researches combining together to develop demanded medical devices, such as new anti bacterial device, new implantant devices and smart electronics.
