Jie Jiang

Jie Jiang received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electronic science and technology from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2007 and 2009, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the School of Physics and Microelectronics, Hunan University. His current research interests include semiconductor device physics, thin-film processing technology, and the fabrication of oxide thin-film transistors for transparent and flexible electronics.
